- 360° approach combining technical, tactical, physical training and match situations
- 22 hours of technical and tactical tennis and 4 hours of stretching and recovery
- Open to all levels, advanced competitors and beginners alike, with groups organized by level
A must for adults looking to progress technically, tactically and physically. Based on an individualized observation, the week is articulated around work sessions on different themes, adapted physical exercises, match sequences and time for exchanges and debriefings. The coach will define with you 2 or 3 objectives for the week which will end with a singles and doubles tournament
