The training camp at the Rafa Nadal Academy is an intensive and engaging training program designed for those who want to elevate their game by spending an entire week at one of the world’s most prestigious sports centers.
Participants train using the Rafa Nadal Methodology, an elite philosophy based on discipline, constant commitment, technical and tactical development, and a winning mindset. The program combines on-court sessions, specific physical conditioning, and theoretical training modules, offering a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of modern tennis.
More than just a training camp, it is a total immersion in an exclusive, international environment, where a passion for the sport blends with the values and methodology that have made Rafa a legend in the world of tennis.

What's included
- 12 hours of technical tennis training per week (Monday-Saturday)
- Training in small groups (1 coach for every 4 players)
- 45 minutes of daily physical preparation before tennis sessions
- 4 educational sessions outside the field (Monday-Thursday)
What's not included
- 7 nights at Rafa Nadal Residence ( OPTIONAL - Upon request )
- Access to SPA, sauna and steam room (only with accommodation option)
- Access to the Fitness Center with more than 200 guided activities per week (accommodation option only)
